With groovy riffs, headbanging drumming and power packed vocals these boys from the south bring moshing energy to the stage. Zonal winners of campus rock idols 09, Crimson Wood was formed in june 2007 by Rohit. Guitar duties was taken over by Justin and John. Sreenath got on the vocals and Aswin bassed up the tunes.The band decided to add flavour to their music by bringing in another guitarist. Mathew was roped in as the third guitarist later he had to back out due to various other commitments. From thereon the band has been playing at different stages in India The band is currently working on an album, with Tony John and Rex Vijayan of Avial as producers. Album is due to be released next year.
